I just can't get over how impersonal the drive thru service at Bank of America in Lake Wilderness is. If you have transactions that a computer can handle, the tellers there are capable. If you have any questions regarding your account, usually someone that has a pulse can answer, they are incapable. I have given them chances, and each time the drive thru people are cold and impersonal! If they have a line, they can't handle the stress. No accommodation whatsoever. Haven't they received additional training? Is it management at fault? Or is it the extent of their capabilities as window tellers? Better yet, replace the tellers with drive-up ATMs, they can provide more information.If you want a small town feel, go to the Bank in Four Corners. They'll take care of you.
